Careful attention is put into each piece that is ready for purchase. Due to the nature of handcrafted pieces, which showcase natural elements, each one will be unique and variations will occur. Please review the descriptions and photos provided for each listing before making your purchase.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING with NC COLLECTION
3-5 days for items to be dispatched from the purchase day.
Handcrafted pieces are estimated to arrive within 3-8 business days (may take longer).
Please note that NC COLLECTION is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

RETURNS

All sales are final due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact NC COLLECTION directly to discuss your purchase.

REPAIRS
​
All handcrafted jewelry is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from date of delivery. Improper care, misuse or excessive wear and tear will automatically void this warranty. If a piece has been damaged and you would like a repair, please contact NC COLLECTION directly to assess the damage. NC COLLECTION will evaluate whether a repair is feasible and then provide an estimate for the cost of the repair.

We will discuss and design your custom Jewelry piece together.
Once you are happy and satisfied with the design, a 50% nonrefundable fee will occur in order for me to begin making your custom jewelry piece.
​
Once the custom jewelry has been completed, you will receive photos and be asked to complete the other 50% of the purchase order within 24 hours.

Jewelry takes at least two hours to make, materials get used in the process.
